We believe in the humble, unsung apple, which is why so many of our recipes are composed solely with the intention of allowing a number of deliciously distinct apple varieties to walk tall and showcase their contrasting personalities.

Quite apart from tasting great on its own, apple juice provides the perfect setting for other fantastic flavours (raspberries, strawberries, passion fruit, lemon...) to strut their stuff. Pasteurisation unfortunately is too heavy handed to allow individual apple varieties like Granny Smith and Braeburn exhibit the many subtle flavour nuances on which their various long-standing reputations have been built. It’s certainly not easy being yourself when sweltering in suffocating heat in excess of 75 degrees C. Coldpress juices refuse to liase with any concentrates, preservatives, added sugar, colours or sweeteners
